BREAKING NEWS!

Moving to Vacaville, CA, and will be teaching English at Grange Middle School, home of the Grizzlies!  Sad to be leaving Alaska so soon but cannot wait to start my new California adventure :D

While I am in Bethel for part of the summer, I do plan on continuing to experiment with food!  And here are some of my most recent outcomes:

Parmesan Chicken

Homemade Mac-n-Cheese with Ham and a buttery crunchy topping

Avocado wrapped with bacon 

First lasagna I ever made and I rolled them up :)

I MAKE BREAD NOW!!! VERY WELL :D

Woohoo I can make French bread like a pro!!!!

What To Do With Extra Pasty Dough...

Had some extra pastry dough from making pasties, so I put it to great use making mini-cinis, caribou pizza, and a breakfast pizza :P

Pasty Progress

Made some pasties with Caribou instead of beef.  Pretty tasty!  I can even make a pretty darn good pastry recipe now :D

Southeast Alaska

Yay late catch up!!  Details to come later but I went to Prince of Whales Island in Southeast Alaska :D
